Kitchen Table Conversations: Relying on Transit

Whether it's rising gas prices, the high cost of maintaining a car, or diminishing a carbon footprint, public transit is sometimes the best way to get around. Thousands of Minnesotans rely on transit. However, the legislature's $109 million transit cut could mean higher fares, reduced routes, and longer waits, forcing many off the bus and without mobility.
