Kitchen Table Conversations: Job vs. Vocation

Earning a college degree used to come with the promise of a meaningful career soon after graduation. Young adults entering the job market are finding that's rarely the case. The recent-grad unemployment rate climbed from 8.7% in 2009 to 9.1% in 2010.

Finding the right job takes dedication and creativity, as two recent grads (Will Nissen and Aaron Sinner) discuss in their conversation about the ongoing job search.
