VIDEO: Minnesota Ranks 12th in Job Off-Shoring

New data from the US Labor Department indicated that Minnesota lost 2,525 jobs to offshore outsourcing in 2012. That's 12th highest in the nation. 

According to the Minnesota Fair Trade Coalition, it's a byproduct of free-trade market forces that put profit over standards. Jobs in technology and manufacturing have moved abroad, where wages and environmental standards are lower.

It's time to keep strong jobs in Minnesota with trade ties that strengthen the Minnesota workforce, not start a race to the bottom.
